The Thanksgiving buffet was sold out before we even arrived - would have been helpful if the pre- stay email mentioned that reservations were not just recommended but required. No casino info in rooms regarding spa - restaurants etc. The room was comfortable and clean - but the hotel definitely needs a facelift. Actually the weather was the only thing that lived up to my expectations. I knew weather would be rainy and possibly stormy - no problem.
